Itinerary

● Day 01 - Negombo

Take off to your Sri Lankan adventure after arriving in Negombo and checking into your accommodation. Discover Negombo, take a leisurely walk around the picturesque lagoon or unwind on the golden sand seashores whilst taking in the active coastal atmosphere.

● Day 02 - Polonnaruwa

Venture to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage to stroll among the adorable baby elephants. You can also be a part of bathing or feeding these elephants! Travel to Sigiriya to see the famous Sigiriya Rock Fortress, which is known for its stunning paintings and beautiful views. This UNESCO World Heritage Site offers travellers the opportunity to find out about Polonnaruwa's luxurious surroundings by seeing the carefully maintained medieval palaces, temples, and statues.

● Day 03 - Kandy

Take a tour of the city of Polonnaruwa and discover its archaeological treasures such as the Royal Palace Gal Vihara and the elaborate carvings of the ancient city. Visit Kandy, a centre of culture tucked away in the hills.

● Day 04 - Kandy

Commence your excursion of Kandy's foremost sights with a visit to the respected Temple of the Tooth Relic which is home to the tooth of Lord Buddha. Take a stroll around Kandy Lake and visit the well-known Royal Botanical Gardens which can be home to an extensive array of plant species. Take in some conventional drumming and dancing from Kandy at a cultural event.

● Day 05 - Nuwara Eliya

Travel to the famously known ‘Little England’. Enjoy a freshly brewed cup of Ceylon tea and learn about the manufacturing process by visiting a factory and plantation. Explore the verdant environs of Gregory Lakes and Victoria Park.

● Day 06 - Southern Coast

Venture to the Southern Coast stopping en route to see the magnificent Ravana Falls. When you get to the Southern Coast explore the UNESCO-designated World Heritage Site Galle Fort which has cobblestone streets and colonial architecture or go for a stroll along the spotless beaches.

● Day 07 - Southern Coast

Spend day seven revelling in the golden sand beaches of the Southern Coast. You can unwind and relax with a refreshing drink in hand. Take in the bliss of relaxing while the sun shines warmly and the ocean’s breeze caresses your skin.

● Day 08 - Colombo

From the Southern Coast, head to the west coast city of Colombo. The vibrant city of Colombo has a unique allure. The contemporary designs of skyscrapers provide a stunning backdrop to the historic buildings, creating a blend of modernity and history. Spend this day exploring the city or enjoy the lively nightlife.

● Day 09 - Departure

Bid farewell to Colombo and head to the airport to depart Sri Lanka.
